This class is designed for individuals who have never participated in a Tai Chi class and is not ready for the Beginning class. We will learn and practice the basic postures and movements of the Tai Chi practice.. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes. For ages 18 & up.

This is a class for designed for those 60 years and over but adults 18-59 are welcome. Must have taken a beginner level class. This gentle exercise class increases flexibility, balance, muscular strength and fitness. Helps to relieve pain and improve overall quality of life. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes. If openings exist, the walk-in fee is $8 per person per class.

Intended for those who have taken the Intermediate Tai Chi class (formally “Continuing”) here and are ready for the next level of the discipline. This gentle stretch exercise class aims to help increase flexibility, balance, muscular strength, and fitness. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
