Easy Yoga

Improve posture, strength and flexibility by doing Sun Salutations and various other yoga stances & moves; breathing exercises to help relieve stress, calm the mind, and unify the body & mind. Bring a sticky mat, yoga block, and a towel. If openings exist, the walk-in fee is $8 per person per class.
