Fit for Life

This is a class for 60 years and over and meets one day a week. A low impact aerobic workout to energize, increase flexibility, balance, coordination and core strength. Bring your own mat, water bottle, elastic band, & light hand weights. Wear gym shoes for proper support. If openings exist, the walk-in fee is $8 per person per class.
